Statutory right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason, starting the day after you receive the goods. You must inform us clearly of your decision before the deadline expires.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, contains the wrong items, or omits products listed on your order confirmation, notify us within seven calendar days of delivery. Photographs of the outer carton, inner packaging, and affected items help us open a case with carriers and suppliers.
Where we confirm responsibility, we offer replacement or refund at your choice, including reasonable return shipping costs we instruct you to incur. Keep all packaging until the carrier inspection window closes if requested.
Non-returnable situations

Refund processing timeline

Return shipping costs
